UPC to host Olympic gold medalist, Husker volleyball alumna Oct. 7

Jordan Larson has won four Olympic medals as an outside hitter for the United States National Women's Volleyball Team.

The University Program Council will present Olympic gold medalist and former Nebraska volleyball player Jordan Larson in a keynote presentation and moderated question-and-answer session at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 7 at the Wick Alumni Center.

Larson will share insights on leadership, resilience and her journey from collegiate standout to international champion. Drawing from her experiences as an Olympian and professional athlete, she will discuss perseverance, teamwork and performing under pressure both on and off the court. Following the keynote, Larson will participate in a moderated question-and-answer session with the audience.

Doors will open at 6:10 p.m., with Larson taking the stage at 6:30 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early, as seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The presentation is free for University of Nebraska–Lincoln students, faculty and staff with a university event pass.
