Nebraska Innovation Campus will host weekly food trucks in August, offering employees, students and visitors a variety of lunch options.
The events are 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., starting on Aug. 5 with Harper's Smokehouse. All trucks will be in front of the Hospitality, Restaurant and Tourism Management Program's academic space at the Scarlet Hotel, 2021 Transformation Drive.
Other food truck events include Greggo's on Aug. 6; Pork's Done on Aug. 12; Corndog Company on Aug. 19; and Valentino's on Aug. 26.
