    Women Veterans Can Find A Mentor Through American Corporate Sponsors

    American Corporate Partners announced Monday a new mentoring program focusing solely on female veterans.

    ACP and the Army Reserve signed a memorandum of understanding to work together on the Women's Veteran Mentoring Program initiative that offers yearlong mentorships for transitioning female service members who have served at least 180 days since 9/11.

    Post-9/11 vet unemployment again nears historic low in February

    The unemployment rate for post-9/11 veterans fell to a near-historic low in February, hitting 4.7 percent, government data show.     UCARE taking undergraduate applications

    The UCARE program supports undergraduate work with faculty members engaged in research and creative activities at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Full-time undergraduate students who have completed at least 30 credit hours by May 2016 are eligible to apply for a Undergraduate Creative Activity and Research Experience research assistantship for the 2016-2017 academic year.
