As Memorial Stadium glowed red, first-year Huskers filled the field and formed the iconic “N” during a Big Red Welcome celebration Aug. 26. As part of the event, members of the Class of 2030 took part in the Tunnel Walk, stepping into one of Nebraska’s most recognizable traditions as they began their first semester.
Big Red Welcome brought campus to life with events designed to help students meet new people, get connected and find their footing as Huskers.
